Eric Marks, MPA, MBA, SPHR
Eric is the Human Resources Consultant for HR Insights Consulting and Principal-in-Charge of Human Resource Consulting for Marks Paneth LLP. His expertise are as a facilitator and advisor with more than 20 years of executive-level experience working with commercial, nonprofit, and privately held organizations. He provides practical consultation in leadership development and specialized people-related programs and processes.
Eric has helped clients develop workforce processes and systems improving organizational capacity in key business areas such as cross-functional group dynamics, goal alignment, performance improvement, individual and team accountability, career development, transition management, and succession planning. He is often sought out for his advice and counsel on evolving tactical solutions in strategic business communications, renewal, and conceptual initiatives.
He has received two Master’s Degrees, with honors, from Pace University — in Public Administration as well as in Business Administration. He is a playwright with the Westchester Collaborative Theater, a business writer, and an adjunct professor in the Department of Business at Westchester Community College.
