Christine Reinhard provides executive and leadership coaching, customized talent development services in an individual or group format, including workshops, targeted coaching/education and 360-degree evaluation and feedback; as well as consulting to meet the needs of clients.

Chris is an Executive and Leadership Coach with 30-years of experience in Senior and Executive management in the commercial, non-profit, healthcare and government sectors. Her responsibilities have included building teams, professional development, training of managers and collaboration with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

She has graduate degrees in Community Psychology and Organizational Leadership as well as a Certificate in Executive Coaching and an ACC Credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also a Social + Emotional Intelligence Certified Coach® and an ACE Coach Accelerator Enhanced Practitioner™.

Chris brings to each coaching relationship experience in coaching, training and supervising leaders of various levels in the corporate, non-profit and entrepreneurial worlds. Her unique combination of clinical, management and coaching educational credentials enable her to coach with an emphasis on behavioral change, Emotional Intelligence and corporate cultural competence to achieve maximum performance.

As an Executive Coach, Chris has worked with senior, executive and C-suite leaders to improve their communication and conflict resolution skills; develop greater self-awareness about the impact of their actions on others; identify those behaviors that are impacting their effectiveness and develop alternate strategies; enhance their self-confidence and executive presence; develop their strategic-thinking skills; improve stress and time management skills and increase their emotional intelligence.

She has also coached high potential employees and emerging leaders to further develop their leadership skills to prepare them for and facilitate success in their next role/promotion. This has included addressing holding their direct reports accountable and the impact of Imposter Syndrome on their self-confidence.

Chris has also coached several entrepreneurs in various stages of developing their businesses/practices. This coaching addressed such topics as building a client-base, networking, maintaining continuity with personal values and maintaining work/life balance.

Chris has been an adjunct professor in the Masters in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) Program at Mercy College and is a frequent speaker/presenter on leadership topics at conferences. She has collaborated with trade associations to provide training and development opportunities to their members and provided pro bono support to non-profit leaders during the Covid-19 pandemic. Chris also serves on the Board of a hunger non-profit, One Sandwich at a Time (OSAAT) that helps to alleviate hunger in the NY City area.

Chris is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an active member in the NY City Chapter. She is also a member of the New York Metropolitan Association of Applied Psychology (METRO). Chris has a M.A. in Community Psychology from Temple University and a M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Mercy College. She is also a certified executive coach and a graduate of iCoachNY through the Baruch College/Zicklin School of Business.
